Rich has held his Washington State Real Estate license for well over 20 years, specializing in real estate counseling. Formerly a National Bank loan officer, Rich has helped more than a thousand families and individuals meet or exceed their real estate goals. Rich’s experience, commitment, enthusiasm and knowledge of the industry makes him a highly sought after agent.
Gail Ballow
Gail partners with Rich by handling the day to day activities of the office, both the physical appointments as well as the virtual maintenance. She helps coordinate Rich’s calendar and paperwork, from handling all tasks associated with listing a property, marketing all listings, answering emails, creating virtual tours and web presence. Gail also works with all contracts, contributing to the successful completion of a transaction. Gail proudly enjoys her favorite title, Grandma Gail. She answers to three of the most beautiful grand girls in America and will quickly tell you all about them. I want to sit down with you to discuss your real estate needs, goals and desires and then do whatever I can to accomplish them, therefore facilitating YOUR NEXT MOVE. Gilbert partners with Rich in all commercial listings, working business plans, financial analyses, CAP rates and securing lending packages for clients. Practicing Real Estate since 2000 in Santa Monica, Gilbert co-founded Venture Realty Group and as a commercial real estate specialist he played a key role in the growth and success of the firm. Since returning to the Northwest, Gilbert has brought a wealth of hi-tech and savvy real estate principles to the area.
